About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to Vice Presidents, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Perform a variety of routine office duties, such as record and file maintenance, meeting planning, and expense report processing.
  • Advise on administrative activities, develop procedures, and use written and verbal communication skills to represent the department.
  • Handle daily calendar tasks, including scheduling meetings and appointments, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating events.
  • Assist with overall management of the office, including ordering supplies, communicating repair and maintenance requests, and handling vendor partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience working in an administrative capacity, supporting executives.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and able to move quickly within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time well.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and flexible.
  • Poloished and professional disposition.
