At ConduitHR, our mandate is to provide a full suite of support tools for organizations with or without in-house HR departments that solve their immediate and future HR needs.

Our services provide extensive insight and support to assist small to medium companies in reducing HR challenges daily. Our services can be provided on-site, off-site or as a combination - whichever suits the needs best. Some organizations select our services to supplement an existing human resource department, while others find it advantageous to utilize our services in place of a formal human resource function.

Our primary role is to assist the client to identify needs, develop an action plan and facilitate change that will enhance the overall success of the organization. Our human resources services are designed to improve productivity, efficiency, communication and mitigate legal risks.

We currently have an opportunity for a talented and motivated **BILINGUAL - FRENCH TRANSLATOR** - Part-time/Ad hoc, contract-based occupation reporting to Senior HR Recruiter and HR Coordinator. **Bilingual French Translator**

**Job Summary**

**Job Details**:

- Part-Time, Contract-based employment
- Ad Hoc or _“on-call”_ role
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Tools and instructions will be provided by the Senior Recruiter
- Experience in Recruitment is highly preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with individuals who speak different languages.
- Interpret spoken language from one language to another.
- Translate written documents from one language to another.
- Ensure accuracy and maintain the intended meaning during translation.
- Collaborate with Senior Recruiter regarding recruitment instructions as needed.

**Job Skills**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in Quebec Linguistics, and English
- Ability to accurately interpret and translate between languages.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Experience in Recruiting is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
