Pricing Administrator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Price Administrator to join our team in **Port Kells, BC**. The Pricing Administrator will work with sales staff and internal departments to ensure the processes, about pricing, are in place during the transactional phase of a sale. At the same time, they will provide operational and administrative support to the Pricing Manager.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Provides sales support to the staff by verifying, entering, and maintaining price quotes, price types and customer account data.
- Sets up and monitors the pricing programs ensuring original quotes are complete for all products, competitive pricing is applied, establishing a follow-up date.
- Reviews all pricing previews and ensures that they are in line with management directives.
- Reviews all special order (non-stock) sales and all pricing overrides to ensure that the appropriate pricing levels are applied.
- Works within pricing guidelines as set out by the pricing manager.
- Provides a high level of service.
- Provides high volume data entry at month end.
- Provides support to the store management in areas including but not limited to open orders, returns, credit requests, and cartage programs
- Support all Dick’s Lumber branches across Alberta and British Columbia.
- erforms other job-related duties as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar position as sales support will be an asset.
- Experienced with working as a liaison between sales and internal departments.
- Detail oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task between administrative, operational and client contact activities while meeting deadlines
- Ability to coordinate client related campaigns cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Superior time management and prioritization skills
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced, demanding work environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Travel between branches is required.
- Must be able to work during “black out” periods during quote renewal.
- Moderate exposure to dust and dirt in a lumber store / yard.
- Busy, high volume environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
