*Job Summary*

*Responsibilities*
- Manages office operations alongside the office manager.
- Orders office supplies and equipment.
- Sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
- Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ensure financial details are accurate
- Performs other assignments as directed by the Office Manager.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts receivables data.
- Prepare bills, Quotes, invoices and bank deposits
- Processing credit memos and refunds.
- Reconciling bank and credit card statements using QuickBooks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Supporting the accounts payable and receivable team when needed.
- Renter/run company payroll through ADP.
