**Résumé du travail**

Relevant du chef du marketing et du marchandisage visuel, le coordonnateur du marketing jouera un rôle important en aidant notre équipe marketing. Ce rôle sert également à d'autres tâches de marchandisage et de soutien général liées à l'organisation de la vente au détail.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Préparer et installer la signalisation du magasin et exécuter les changements promotionnels mensuels.
- Effectuer des audits quotidiens de tous les composants marketing de l'atelier.
- Soutenir l'équipe marketing avec l'exécution d'événements en magasin ou externes.
- Maintenir le stock et gérer l'inventaire pour les dégustations et démos.
- Coordonner avec les agences de recrutement externes pour organiser des événements en magasin, des dégustations, des démonstrations et des activations mensuelles.
- Communiquer les détails des promotions aux superviseurs des magasins et recueillir des commentaires sur les promotions.
- Assurez-vous que les étiquettes de prix en rayon sont visibles et placées conformément aux normes.
- Aider au merchandising visuel des espaces promotionnels et piloter l'installation des composants marketing fournis par des fournisseurs tiers pour les caissons lumineux, les écrans vidéo, etc.
- Rédiger des textes en anglais et en français pour la signalisation promotionnelle, les campagnes numériques, les publications sur les réseaux sociaux, etc.
- Aider à la création et à la publication de contenu selon le calendrier des médias sociaux.
- Assurer le respect de tous les aspects des lignes directrices de la marque de l'entreprise.
- Trouver des fournisseurs et passer des commandes de matériel d'affichage et d'accessoires de marketing.
- Mener des audits d'enquêtes auprès des clients et assurer l'intégrité des informations collectées.

**Qualifications requises**
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de vente au détail ou de marketing.
- Diplôme en marketing complété ou en cours, un atout.
- Bilingue (anglais et français).
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Connaissance de la suite de conception Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) un atout.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
- Bonne gestion du temps et travaille bien sous pression.
- Bonnes compétences en communication.
- Souci du détail et précis.
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Essentiel - Attitude et comportement professionnels tels que le travail d'équipe, l'autonomie, le dynamisme, l'honnêteté, la polyvalence, la précision, la créativité, la confiance et l'approche proactive.
