In your role, you will:

- Support and coordinate logistic activities, (including planning and execution) of large tier 1 and tier 2 complex HR and ESG events with high-level visibility.
- Support logistics and administrative activities related to all programs, services, and events.
- Support and coordinate event related communications and executive summaries.
- With guidance and coaching from Manager, coordinate the research and negotiation of services required from all event suppliers - i.e., hotels, event venues, show organizers, transport companies, catering companies.
- With guidance and coaching from Manager, interacts’ directly with outsourced HR Services Suppliers and administration of HR services contracts.
- Support various Recognition Programs, Events, and Services according to defined practices and priorities.
- Maintain complex database of attendee information with accuracy.
- Timely and factual reports to be provided to Manager.
- Keep team members and other stakeholders informed.
- Provide on-site support for internal & external event attendees.
- Is required to interact directly with guests to queries related to event logistics.
- Acts as a Bombardier host.
- Helps maintain good relationships with suppliers to facilitate problem solving.
- Accurately identify and resolve unusual and/or key problems using your own knowledge and team members’ validation.
- While dealing with last minute changes and modifications are a normal part of this position being available flexible and adaptable to anticipate and implement timely solutions within challenging situations are a necessity for this position.
- Adapts work methods to attain team objectives.
- Achieves target with mínimal supervision.
- Ensure Bombardier brand is well represented at all events.
- Support team members as required.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in related field.
- You have 5 years of relevant experience.
- Project management skills.
- You have strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to prioritize and support a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.
- You are comfortable with complex topics and have knowledge of legal terminology or interpretation of contracts.
- You are bilingual (French English) written and spoken. Any other language is an asset.
- Team player, professionalism, flexibility, leadership, and adaptability required to excel in this high-pressure environment.
- You have very good interpersonal, telephone and written skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Available to work necessary time/hours to ensure event is on schedule and be available to last minute events’ schedules needs and possible changes.
- Creativity: Every event brings new challenges and requires swift problem-solving abilities to ensure the best environment for productive interactions. You must find and implement solutions immediately, but also, after the event, recommend new solid or improved processes to reduce the potential for problems in subsequent events.
- A mínimal amount of physical work may be expected during the preparation or at the event.
- You master the MS Office tools.
