In this role, you'll report directly to the Service Manager and be responsible for a range of exciting duties, including but not limited to:

- Infusing every client interaction with PASSION, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skillfully scheduling and booking appointments for service and sales clients.
- Managing service orders from opening and tracking to quoting and closing.
- Keeping clients informed about the progress of their products throughout the service process.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups on completed service jobs to ensure the utmost client satisfaction.
- Providing outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Staying up to date with all factory service campaigns.

Service training and customer service training will be highly regarded, but previous experience as a service advisor is not a requirement. The working hours for this position follow a rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday, with occasional overtime. We provide all the necessary training, equipment, and personal protective equipment for this role.

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
