**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Generate repair orders and communicate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or in automotive sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and service technicians
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

**Skills**:

- Upselling: Ability to identify additional services or products that may benefit the customer and effectively communicate their value
- Cash handling: Proficiency in handling cash transactions, providing change, and maintaining accurate records
- Mechanical knowledge: Understanding of basic automotive repair concepts and terminology to effectively communicate with service technicians
- Dealership: Familiarity with dealership operations, processes, and customer service standards
- Customer service: Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support and address customer concerns
- Sales: Ability to effectively sell additional services or products to customers
