Luxury Automotive Service Advisor:

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Luxury Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed customers, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude, establishing rapport, and understanding their service needs.

2. Accurately documenting and assessing customers' vehicle concerns and service requirements.

3. Collaborating with our skilled technicians to provide accurate estimates and repair timelines.

4. Recommending necessary services and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.

5. Keeping customers informed throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

6. Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and exceeding expectations.

7. Processing service orders, maintaining accurate records, and handling financial transactions.

8. Proactively following up with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and seeking opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the luxury automotive industry is highly valued.

2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.

3. Strong knowledge of luxury vehicle models, features, and service requirements.

4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

5. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a desire to contribute to a fun and collaborative workplace.

6. Strong computer skills and proficiency in using automotive service management software.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including weekends and occasional extended hours.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK S7K 7L1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
