**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee financial records, handle invoices/payments, and assist in financial strategy.
- Create and schedule social media content, engage with online community, and implement digital strategies.
- Implement and manage a job costing system for project tracking.
- Support operational tasks, including errands and industry knowledge development.
- Seasonally flexible hours with potential for extended vacation and remote work.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Self discipline and desire to grow.

**Salary**: $39,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
