Growing small used car dealership looking for administrative help with the following roles:
Filing paperwork

Entering daily transactions in our records

Communicating with our partners (lenders, mechanic shops etc)

Creating documents and taking payment when necessary

Answering phone calls

Getting vehicles prepped for sale

Posting vehicles for sale

Arranging for repairs/detailing on vehicles

Picking up and dropping off vehicles from time to time

Picking up parts, documents.

Managing our Social media/Online Presence

Managing the General Manager’s calendar

Showing our vehicles to customers when necessary

Maintaining office supplies

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-07-29
