Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management review
- Assist in project coordination and implementation
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.27-$31.28 per hour
