Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Real Estate Administrative Assistant & Social Media Manager to take charge of administrative tasks and elevate our online visibility. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, handling various administrative duties while also spearheading our social media efforts.

- Manage all aspects of administrative support for the real estate business, including but not limited to:

- Maintaining and organizing files, contracts, and transaction paperwork.
- Coordinating appointments, property showings, and open houses.
- Assisting with marketing efforts such as preparing flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Conducting research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
- Providing general office support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of our social media presence and content strategy:

- Develop and execute a content calendar across various platforms to engage our audience and attract leads.
- Create compelling, high-quality content including posts, articles, photos, and videos showcasing our listings and expertise.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate online relationships.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, social media updates, and best practices to drive results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate administration or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Creative flair and ability to craft engaging content.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Familiarity with real estate contracts, processes, and terminology is a plus.

- Anticipate workflow and think ahead to effectively manage tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the team
- Able to ensure technical accuracy with all work
- Work independently, follow instructions thoroughly and work well as part of a team
- Respond to quick turn around times and take initiative when needed to ensure the timely completion of tasks
- Must be able to prioritize and wear multiple hats throughout the day
- Dedicated team player and willing to put in extra time when needed to help the team achieve its goals

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Previous experience as real estate assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
