KD Displays is a dynamic and growing retail activation company located in Mississauga. As we expand our operations, we seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily administrative tasks.
**Position Overview**:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow within the organization. Your responsibilities will include performing various clerical and administrative tasks, shipping, manage the phone lines, updating files while ensuring the office is well-organized, and supporting other team members. Please note this is **NOT A REMOTE JOB.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Shipping labels and other supporting tasks ensuring timely shipping of goods
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
**Work Schedule**:
This is a Full-time position.
