Coordinating internal company moves for employees

Monitoring an online ticket queue and processing individual tickets to action services

Recording and issuing detailed weekly employee move lists

Frequent contact with clients needed in order to gain insight and clarification

Perform other related duties as assigned

**Performance Measurements**:
Ability to work both independently and in a team

Strong customer service skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in the english language

Identifying targets, requirements and issues with key stakeholder groups

Developing solutions and project plans for clients

Assisting Project Manager with Administrative functions and processes

Reviewing floor plans for quality control and distribution

Answering client calls and providing support

Assisting clients with processes and tools as required.

Excellent attention to detail and a high regard for accuracy and quality

A positive attitude, detail oriented, confident, focused and responsible with great problem solving skills

Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing workload demands

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language

Experience in a move management role requiring time-sensitive planning and management of multiple moving parts is an asset

**Software Knowledge**:
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of Archibus a definite asset
