Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Account Manager/Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  3. Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and delivering exceptional service.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
  5. Project Coordination:
  6. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  7. Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  8. Liaise with internal creative, content, and digital marketing teams to develop strategies and assets aligned with client objectives.
  9. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
  10. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  11. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing campaign results, ROI, and areas for improvement.
  12. Present findings to clients in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating the value of our services.
  13. Strategic Planning:
  14. Collaborate with clients to develop strategic marketing plans tailored to their business objectives and target audience.
  15. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
  16. Provide strategic guidance and creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive results.
  17. Budget Management:
  18. Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
  19. Track expenses, reconcile invoices, and provide regular budget updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing for FinTech and/or manufacturing businesses is an asset. 
  • Proven experience (3 years) in marketing account management or coordination role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, ads platforms, generative AI and other content creation tools.
  • A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering teamwork.
