Mississauga, Canada G&P ACCOUNTING SERVICES PROFESSIONAL CORP. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and activities
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is an asset
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Profile.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
