**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**:
Responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the financial department while reporting to the Accounting Manager.
- Administer accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing and purchase orders.
- Daily Invoicing (Managing all aspects of client billing)
- Product Database Management
- Processing expense reports
- Assists in preparing budgets
- Support of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial activities
- Prepare quarterly HST calculations and completes all filings to CRA
- Other accounting and administration projects as assigned.

**Position Requirements**:

- Expert knowledge and experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
- Solid knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer-oriented with excellent customer service skills and fluency in English.
- Advanced computer skills, responsible for some administrative duties through both manual and automated processing
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to the detail, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Willingness to learn additional software.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Accounting/Bookkeeping training in a similar role
- Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada (for example, by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or work permit)

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma Required or 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
- Incredible attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting practices
- Positive attitude in a fast pace working environment.
