- Proficient with computers and word processing programs, with the ability to prepare documents using a variety of software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
- Keep office organized and assist staff in ways that optimize productivity.
- Will be able to perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Knowledge of and experience with information database, and the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
