**Job Overview**

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage in inside sales activities, presenting products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and techniques.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
