**About This Opportunity**
Accurate Group's **Commercial Sales Representatives** play a crucial role in our organization. They are tasked with identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities while also supporting and expanding relationships within existing customer portfolios in their designated territory. We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team in the Waterloo Region.
**Responsibilities**
- Successfully support and service existing customers, ensuring that sales are maximized within active accounts by addressing critical needs.
- Proactively organize time and territory to optimize face-to-face selling opportunities.
- Independently prospect for new business within the assigned territory.
- Execute and maintain corporate sales pipeline initiatives and reports.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Organization to ensure effective two-way communication of customer demand planning, achieving inventory, revenue, and profit goals.
- Uphold a high level of customer service, promptly resolving any issues.
- Implement channel and target customer programs that align with corporate marketing strategies.
- Ability to lift, carry, and position products (weighing up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance.
**Qualifications**
- Self-starter with a Hunter/Gatherer approach to sales.
- 2-5 years of selling experience in commercial manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
- Proficient in using a variety of computer programs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
