- B2B ventes à l’échelle du Canada, aucune limite sur l’industrie.
- À l’aide d’un système CRM local, qualifier les prospects par téléphone
- Identifier, réactiver, classer et intégrer de nouvelles compagnies
- Gérer un portefeuille de clients existants et potentiels via plusieurs modes tels que le téléphone, le courrier électronique, les SMS et les plateformes de vidéo en ligne
- Établissez une solide relation client et développez les comptes à leur plein potentiel
- Coordonner avec différents départements les initiatives principales
- Agir en tant que point de contact du client pour s’assurer que toutes les questions ou problèmes sont traités de manière appropriée
- Maintenir le travail d’équipe en intégrant une attitude positive

**About the role**:
- Canada-wide B2B sales, no limits on industry.
- Using a local CRM system, qualify prospects by telephone
- Identify, re-activate, rank-up and onboard new business
- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
- Coordinate with different departments on lead initiatives
- Act as the customer's point of contact to ensure all queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
- Maintain team work by incorporating a positive attitude
