This role provides customer service and general office support to Sandycove Acres. This position is Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm. This is a great opportunity for those looking for an accommodating work environment that provides great work life balance.

**Job requirements**:

- Help problem solve with residents over the phone, online, and in person.
- Detailed oriented and takes pride in ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates.
- High level of sound and independent judgement, reasoning, and discretion.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to get to the worksite, public transport is not available to this location

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is essential.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination or education and experience.
- 1-2 years related customer service experience.
- Prior experience working in a similar public interfacing role, preferably in an administrative capacity
- Experience working with seniors is also a strong asset
