Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Follow up actions on correspondence
- Sales and office admin support
- Organization of project related documents and file management
- Prepare agenda and take minutes
- Drafting correspondence and Memo in MS Word
- Executive reports in Excel
- Ensure materials and reports for signature are accurate and complete
- Create and maintains filing systems
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Keeping confidentiality
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant to corporate level management or other related experience
- Experience in projects, construction or lumber industry is an asset
- Advance level in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency with MS Teams and/or other web conferencing
- Experience in ERP and operations
- Excellent grammar, writing and proof-reading skills
- College diploma in administration
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
