**The Role**

Jacob is in search of dedicated Executive Assistant support to unlock his ability to spend time on value added activities that enable him to continue to grow and scale his business. Comprehensive support is needed to optimize tasks and ensure a well-coordinated and successful real estate operation.

**1. Client Relations**:cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with clients, actively contributing to the creation of client presentations and marketing materials.

**2. Market Research & Transaction Support**:executing comprehensive market analysis and collecting vital data on potential properties and competitors. Providing support throughout the preparation and processing of real estate transactions, collaborating seamlessly with various professionals involved, and playing a key role in the development of a robust deal pipeline.

**3. Property Marketing**:playing a crucial role in the creation and distribution of compelling marketing materials and orchestrating the listing and promotion of properties.

**4. Logistical Coordination**:demonstrating adeptness in the efficient management of calendars for appointments and meetings, skillfully coordinating travel arrangements, and flawlessly executing events, open houses, and client engagements. Strategically scheduling and coordinating team meetings, with meticulously preparing agendas and meeting minutes.

**5. Database & File Management**:maintaining streamlined filing systems for documents and contracts, overseeing contact databases, and diligently tracking property listings, sales, and client information.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Support role, preferably in a real estate focused environment.
- Experience in Marketing and/or Social Media management.
- Experience working autonomously and managing a wide breadth of priorities as an executive’s right hand.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, both in person and remotely?

**Interview Process**

The following phases are what you can expect through the interview process for this role:
**Comepensation**

The typical hiring range for a position starts at $55,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.

This role may be offered on a Contractor or Employee basis.
