As an IT Support Technician, you will serve as the initial contact for clients, addressing technical issues through phone support and remote access tools. This role demands a professional attitude, a calm demeanor, and a foundational knowledge of IT principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve user-reported problems utilizing available tools, adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to networks, software, and hardware, along with managing user accounts and permissions, including Active Directory, Group Policy changes, and file permissions.
- Maintain documentation of inquiries, manage responses appropriately, and ensure client satisfaction through diligent follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
- Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications is preferred.
- A+ Certification considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effective interaction with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with the capacity to document solutions and provide user training.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; proficiency in French is a significant plus.
