**About this opportunity**

As an Administrative Assistant within CBI Health, you will help be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services throughout Kitchener and surrounding areas. This position is based in our Focus Assessment Kitchener office and is a full-time position working with a great team.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**:

- Direct incoming calls received, and document as needed
- Utilize scheduling software
- Pulls information used for appointments, file charts, reports and other correspondence
- Enters and tracks client data and client information changes
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to leadership team
- Assist team with program requirements

**What you need to be successful**:

- Previous experience in medical office/business administration
- Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A professional customer service attitude
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Medical Terminology is an asset
