Restaurant Manager

The Position:
- 40+/- per week (salaried), days, evenings, weekends
- Hiring, Staff Capacity building, team building, terminations, staff moral
- Managing schedules, filling shifts
- Weekly orders and Inventory
- Performance measurements and restaurant metrics
- Ensuring top notch service, and Improving service speed and efficiency
- Updating POS system when necessary
- Managing customer experiences and complaints
- Ensuring restaurant policies and procedures are followed
- Picking up items when necessary
- Troubleshooting and brain storming
- Ensuring restaurant is kept clean and organized
- Other duties as they may arise
Who are you?
- You work well under pressure and in stressful situations
- You are stoked on the idea of working somewhere independently owned and are excited to be a part of a team.
- You have experience with scheduling and labor management
- You have done some inventory and ordering
- You are familiar with Liquor and Food waste management systems
- You have an understanding of POS systems, Microsoft Office/Suites
- You have handled aspects of HR such as hiring, firing, and employee related issues
- You have extensive customer service experience and have an understanding of how to manage customer complaints
- You are not afraid of working long and hard hours
- You have a way with people. you are a moral booster, a team player, you are positive, and encouraging
- You are familiar with technology troubleshooting and general problem solving
- You have a strong understanding of serving, bartending, food, cocktails, wine etc
- The job could/will require light to moderate lifting
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
