**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage and Schedule**: Lead and coordinate the bookkeeping team, ensuring efficient scheduling and task allocation.
- **Reports and Policies**: Prepare and review weekly job reports, and develop and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and professionalism.
- **Office Functions**: Oversee general office functions including equipment maintenance, office supply procurement, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- **Financial Management**: Track receivables and payables, process invoice payments and remittances, and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions and records.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and staff members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Event Coordination**: Independently coordinate marketing and community events, oversee logistics, manage registrations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely ordering of marketing collateral.
- **Brand Compliance**: Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Over 2 years of experience in office administration or management role, along with over 2 years as a marketing coordinator.
- **Accounting Skills**: Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices, proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Teams) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google).
- **Organization**: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- **Adaptability**: Readiness to take on a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
