Front of House Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the front of house area, including the reception desk, seating arrangements, and customer service.
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including hosts/hostesses, servers, and bartenders.
- Ensure smooth flow of service and timely seating of guests.
- Manage reservations and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food and beverage service.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, wine selection, and cocktail preparation.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
