**Office Administrator**
Hanatech Inc. is looking for an energetic Office Administrator to join our rapidly growing technology team. **Responsibilities**
- Schedule meetings and interviews for CFO
- Operate as a book keeper. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Assist managers with creating invoices
- Friendly, professional and multi-cultural environment
- Purchase office supplies, groceries
- Payroll
- track time, vacation, bi-weekly system
- Communicate with clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Arrange business trips, which include booking hotels, flights, and rental vehicles
- Manage projects for our field techs, negotiate changes, proactive and attention to detail
- Create letters and contracts, follow up and respond to requests with quick turnaround
- Manage social media accounts
- Maintain presentation of offices and dispose of garbage weekly
**Qualifications**
- University degree in business or related field is an asset
- Someone who can communicate effectively across different levels of professionals, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic with a “make it happen” attitude
- Familiar with MS Office; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent activities
- Able to work overtime as may be asked by the organization
