This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto Support Centre. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, you will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery of our preferred suppliers' programs and transitioning dental practices over to the program. Working with the Procurement team and other key stakeholders you will be accountable for managing the program and ensuring the delivery of quality by our suppliers.

**In this role, you will**
- First-line support for preferred supplier programs to our dental practices. Consult with dental practices to determine operational requirements and communicate those requirements to cross-functional departments (including Finance, Legal, and Operations) and our suppliers to ensure the speedy resolution of any service-related issues
- Track and monitor supplier performance against Service Level Agreements and identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery
- Keep abreast of current and evolving business requirements and market capabilities to provide customized procurement support
- Administration of dentalcorp's corporate travel program
- Support Category Managers to implement continuous improvement initiatives at our practices
- Manage the Procurement team's knowledge base (including Excel reporting and SharePoint site)
- Develop, update, analyze, and deliver reports to management
- Support AP to resolve supplier billing issues
- Support practices to transition to preferred suppliers' programs
- Expand and promote the role of Procurement throughout dentalcorp

**What we're looking for**
- 1-2 years' experience in program administration and management
- Customer service oriented/driven with a genuine interest in helping understand and providing support
- Excellent organizational skills
- A relationship builder with a natural ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to prioritize and react with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, and can effectively organize, multi-task, and prioritize a wide array of initiatives
