**What can I expect to do in this role?**: You will:

- manage the procurement and contract management functions for the branch's publishing and warehousing activities and other enterprise-wide services
- provide advice and guidance, develop solutions to service delivery problems and ensure compliance with OPS legislation, policies and standards
- manage projects and resources through the various stages of business case, procurement, approvals, and implementation
- prepare procurement documents and business cases for submission to senior management or Treasury Board/Management Board of Cabinet
- monitor expenses and trends to forecast spending and encumbrance requirements
- manage vendor relationships and track performance verse contractual requirements

**Note**: This position is located at 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, however alternate work arrangements may be available

**How do I qualify?**:
**Procurement, Contract Management and Publication Expertise**:

- You have demonstrated knowledge of procurement and contract management policy and procedures.
- You have demonstrated graphic communications and print technology/industry expertise.

**Communication, Consultation and Relationship Management Skills**:

- You have proven oral and written communication and presentation skills to provide technical advice, convey information, develop/deliver presentations and prepare correspondence, reports, and briefing materials.
- You have experience consulting with multiple stakeholders while maintaining co-operative working relationships.

**Project Management, Organizational and Analytical Skills**:

- You have experience managing projects and resources and prioritizing time-sensitive tasks.
- You have demonstrated logístical and organizational skills to schedule, co-ordinate and control the publishing and procurement function effectively.
- You have research and analytical skills to identify trends, assess market conditions and estimate costs of procurement initiatives.

**Computer Skills**:

- You have proficiency with standard software and tools to research, monitor information and prepare correspondence and reports.
