**What you'll be doing...**:
As the Organizational Development (OD) Coordinator, you will play an integral part of the BC Transit’s Organizational Development Team. The role supports the coordination of various People and Culture (P&C) initiatives and programs outlined in the P&C Plan such as IDEA, Learning and People Experience. This position works collaboratively with the rest of the OD team and stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and a positive attitude. Someone who is effective at managing multiple projects at once, very detail-oriented and organized, learns quickly, and has a track record of being adaptable in a high-paced environment.

**What you'll bring to the table...**:

- Related HR experience or OD experience.
- Able to pull large data sets and complete basic data manipulation, such as pivot tables to impact organizational decisions.
- Experience in online and real-time collaboration, with solid proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple, deadline-driven projects concurrently in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (virtual and in-person).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to learn on the job, problem-solve, multitask, prioritize, and manage a dynamic work volume.
- Experience with Human Capital Management systems, especially Success Factors, is an asset.
- Understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for the look and feel of professional, branded documents and reports.
- Diploma in Human Resources or Office Administration is an asset; relevant experience and/or training in these areas will be considered equal.
