Trailer Sales Manager

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work with management to develop sales strategies and new business prospects.
- Promoting and selling trailers and equipment including direct customer calls to develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Solicit new trailer orders from existing customers and prospect for new sales opportunities. Identify areas of growth to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Developing a sales plan utilizing a CRM to record and track leads, manage sales activity, and maintain an up-to-date customer contact database.
- Coordinate with the management group to maintain trailer inventory based on the current sales model.
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product catalogs and features.
**Skills Required**:
- 3 years of sales experience in the (heavy-duty) trailer industry preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills - dedicated to exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills - ability to write and speak with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in trailer sales or parts sales is an asset
- High school diploma or other high school equivalence certificate
