Sales Operations Specialist

**Report to the VP of Sales & Marketing for ATS Solutions**
ATS has grown to represent eight world class Architectural brands. These manufacturers' products can be found in exterior and interior settings within commercial, education, hospitality, medical, and long-term care industries. Our dedicated and knowledgeable internal and external sales staff located across Canada are committed to delivering the highest level of personalized service to architects, designers, engineers, and distributors. Whether it's providing technical information on a specific product, obtaining a quote, or making a purchase, we're here to help with every step of the way
**HubSpot Management**: Maintain and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate contact and company information, creating and managing pipelines, and generating reports to track sales performance.
**Data Clean-up**: Regularly audit and clean our sales data, identifying and resolving inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies to ensure data integrity and reliability.
**Process Improvement**: Analyze our sales processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
**Reporting**: Create and distribute regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide support, training, and guidance on best practices for using HubSpot and managing data.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot management and data clean-up.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent understanding of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and the ability to effectively manage and optimize these platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data issues and inefficiencies in sales processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience with data migration and system integration is a plus.
