As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering our sales efforts to new heights. Your primary focus will be on leading and managing a high-performing Sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, while actively participating in the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor your sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Strategic Planning: Utilize your leadership experience to shape personalized sales strategies that drive exceptional results.
- Performance Management: Oversee and drive sales performance, ensuring the team consistently meets and surpasses targets with a commitment to results-driven success.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong client relationships, positioning your team as trusted advisors in the realm of digital marketing expertise.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, reinforcing your team's unbeatable status as sales legends delivering top-notch results.
- Problem Solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to address challenges and roadblocks, ensuring the smooth operation of the department

**Requirements**:

- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of proven leadership experience in sales, with a strong background in websites, PPC campaigns, SEO, and related services.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to actively participate in the sales process, securing leads and closing deals.
- Networking: Demonstrate a robust network of industry contacts and connections.
- Lead Generation: Showcase exceptional lead generation and distribution abilities.
- Communication: Exhibit outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
