about this role
As part of the North America Operations team, this role will be responsible for bringing to life the end-to-end North America Brand Marketing Go-To-Market map and process. You are a key point of contact for cross functional partners from across various functions in the business including Product, Merch, Global and other regional partners. You are a strategic operator, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and are able to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Supporting North America Marketing and Operations across the business, your scope includes driving process and clarity, and sharing out information in a clear and concise way to get our initiatives to market on time.

a day in the life
- Establish a GTM process to build off of product and global GTM to deliver to NA brand marketing and channel needs, supporting NA business growth
- Facilitate and Lead quarterly Brand Marketing Reviews across product and channels to pre plan for upcoming seasons across programs and campaigns
- Reporting on seasonal status of GTM gates
- Own and develop ongoing partnerships with the Product GTM team to share process, tools and collaborative ways of working
- Work with the Global GTM team to gather quarterly/annual roadmap requirements, gain internal alignment, and ensure seamless execution through all milestones and approval gates against the multi-year calendar (pre-creative brief, hand off to Project Management)
- Anticipate and escalate potential GTM flags and risk, while balancing business objectives with operational constraints to resolve any issues
- Lead the development of critical go to market strategies and plans, big and small, from beginning to end
- Leverage understanding of current state people, process and technology capabilities, knowledge of industry best practices and critical problems solving skills to identify business needs and define new and improved ways of working across the NA Marketing function
