Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asset Protection Expert to join our team in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations management, with 3+ years of experience in a similar position. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our stores, recommending physical security measures, and participating in training and testing for new systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Recommend physical security needs to reduce risk and loss for our North America retail locations based on risk and market trends.
• Monitor installation projects to ensure physical security equipment is installed on time.
• Participate in training and testing for implementation of new large enterprise systems.
• Provide support to field asset protection teammates to execute AP strategy.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of related experience in a similar position. They must also reside in Canada or be willing to relocate to the specified work location. Authorization to work in Canada is required.
