**Job Description**:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Under general supervision, the TAS is responsible for contributing to the successful execution and delivery of full cycle recruitment. The TAS is an ambassador of the ADGA Group, and will effectively liaise with potential employees, consultants, and clients.
- The TAS works both independently under general supervision, and as part of a team focused on the delivery of collaborative project initiatives/activities
- Assists with the negotiation of salaries/rates with employees/consultants
- Ensures the hiring processes is followed, by completing paperwork, obtaining copies of certifications, and security clearances
- Creates, maintains and updates recruiting database
- Attends recruitment meetings and reports on recruitment activities
- Represents ADGA at trade shows and exhibitions

**Qualifications**:

- Recruiting experience in full cycle recruiting environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- Experience recruiting in the IM/IT, Engineering, Cyber Security and or Defence industries
- Experience working in a staffing agency environment
- Knowledge of federal government staffing process including RFP review and pricing strategy
- Experience with recruiting software (ATS, Smart Recruiter, Salesforce, etc.) is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset
