**Responsibilities**
- Help develop and implement innovative strategies to consistently attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders to plan and execute engaging recruitment events.
- Manage the applicant pipeline and job postings using a variety of platforms, including Airtable and various job boards.
- Cultivate robust relationships with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of their current and future hiring needs.
- Support hiring managers daily by providing expert advice, promoting best practices.
- Engage in ongoing projects related to all things Talent Management.
**Qualifications**
- Possess 1 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, demonstrating a strong understanding of the craft
- Experience working in recruitment/HR coordination
- Leadership and project management skills
- High attention to detail and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Comfortable working with all levels of staff across multiple segments of the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), GSuite, Airtable, and Slack.
Please note, this is a remote position that will require max. 1 day/week in office.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
