How will you contribute?

Open to
The general public to staff one (1) indeterminate (Permanent, Full-time) position in the Human Resources Directorate.

This selection process may be used to staff determinate or indeterminate positions at the same level with similar requirements.

Prerequisites
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field OR an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience;
- Two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders in the exchange of information, and to follow up on requests and queries;
- Excellent attention to detail to maintain and monitor quality assurance of talent acquisition data and records and related information systems by updating information, generating queries, documents and related transactions;
- Excellent organizational skills to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of industry leading hiring practices and employment legislation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other human resources platforms.
