_**Executive Secretary / Bookkeeper **_
OPTIONS Immigration is seeking an Executive Secretary/ Bookkeeper to provide administrative support to the CEO / President of an international recruitment and immigration company.

**Key Skills needed**:

- Trustworthiness and good judgment.
- Customer service oriented, excellent time management, critical thinking.
- Crear spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Must be able to multitask, handle a varied workload and meet deadlines.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain complete sets of books, keep records of accounts, verify the procedures used for recording financial transactions, such as billings and bank deposits. Bill clients using computerized bookkeeping and accounting system (XERO). Reconcile billings, payments and company’s bank accounts. Laisse with accounting firm.

**Compensation**

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time.

Hourly wage depending on experience: $18.00 - $25.00

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
