What does the role require?

Honestly, the role of an Nimble Executive Assistant is limitless.

There isn’t a ‘one description fits all’ as the role is wonderfully varied based on our needs. Nimble Profit Executive Assistant, in addition to the below day-to-day requirements, will plan travel, organized dinner parties, forged new friendships and business relationships, developed new skills like web design, and marketing - and that’s just to name a few.

Day-to-day requirements:

  • Optimize your CEOs time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals
  • Take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling
  • Research and develop plans for the CEOs personal and professional growth
  • Surprise and delight your client by demonstrating initiative
  • Build rapport with your client’s network and team and help to manage these important relationships
  • Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media
  • Build out SOP manuals

What is needed to have a successful career at Nimble Profit?

  • Whilst we invest in your training and development, you will need to provide your own device.
  • RAM minimum: 8GB (however 16GB is recommended)
  • For Laptop: 8th generation (8000 series) Core i5 or better; AMD Ryzen series processors
  • For Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above. If Core i3 - 10th generation or higher.
  • For Mac: Core i5 - 2017 or higher Core i7 - 2016 or higher (not recommended : Core i3)
  • A suitable work-from-home space in the Philippines
  • Internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) in Pacific Standard Time
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management like Asana or similar
  • Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential
  • A charismatic ‘can do’ attitude
  • Critical thinking ability and problem solver
