The HR Program Assistant works in conjunction with PWIB providing direct support for the Executive Director and overall branch management and program support along with the Divisional Operations Branch providing administrative support to the division. The HR Program Assistant provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial, and human resources and financial support services for the branch and coordinates the day-to-day priorities of the Executive Director and branch managers, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Experience providing administrative support in a professional environment and/or customer service-oriented environment, managing deadlines and prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks.
- Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
- Experience managing diverse workloads effectively and independently.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Post-secondary education, or training in Human Resources or a closely related field. Experience providing support to senior management.**About this Position**:
