**Location: 353 Manitou Dr, Kitchener ON**

**Compensation: $50,000 per year**

**Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM**

In this role, the individual must have great organizational skills and an eye for detail. As an Inventory Administrative Assistant you will create inventory reports, add information to our registry, and support all members of the Inventory team.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Prepare inventory lists for all dealerships/locations
- MTO compliance registry for used cars and trailers
- Report directly to Inventory Manager
- Data entry of newly ordered trailers
- Add all purchases to the garage registry
- Add all trade-ins (purchases) to the garage registry
- Support to all in department as required

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Must be a highly motivated and self-driven person who can work unsupervised, learn quickly and be comfortable working independently
- Detailed oriented
- Accounting experience is considered an asset
- Inventory experience is preferred
- High school diploma
- Excellent general office skills, with exceptional Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Valid G class driver’s license required, with an acceptable driving abstract and history
