**Role Overview**:

As our **Enterprise Account Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in guiding real estate agents to success by providing top-notch support and education on our innovative platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Success Leadership**: Lead initiatives that enhance customer onboarding, support, and retention, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our solutions.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the role of technology in achieving business goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to enhance customer value.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup atmosphere.

**Desirable**:
