**Job Summary**:
As an Enterprise Account Manager at VoPay, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our largest and most strategic clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored payment solutions. You’ll collaborate with various internal teams to ensure clients achieve success with VoPay’s products and services, leading to long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client goals and objectives to provide customized payment solutions.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients on product enhancements and new features.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through account growth and client retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on the benefits of VoPay’s platform and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their objectives are being met.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and VoPay’s product offerings to advise clients effectively.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, specifically within the **FinTech**, **embedded financing**, payments, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage strategic FinTech relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret client data and metrics to drive payment solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally within FinTech environments to deliver cohesive, client-focused solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth FinTech environment.
**In-depth knowledge of financial technology, embedded financing, and payment processing** is a Plus.
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
