Our Sarina Refinery is looking for an Operations Program Coordinator to support the transformation of current operations procedures. In this role, you will support the Operations Program Group initiative of uplifting the Suncor Sarnia Refinery Operations Procedures into alignment with the Suncor Corporate Standard.

Minimum Requirements:

- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- A deep understanding and demonstration of safe work practices
- Strong communication, troubleshooting and analytical skills as well as the ability to make timely decisions
- Strong collaboration skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform audits, reviews and reformatting of current procedures
- Develop required procedures that are found to be missing during auditing process
- Identification of operational excellence process/tools improvements
- Maintain stakeholder engagement communication channels

Location and other Key Details:

- You will work out of our Sarnia refinery in Ontario, located at 1900 St. Clair Parkway
- The shift schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
- This position is safety sensitive
- You will be required to adhere to our clean-shaven policy and perform some heavy lifting, use ladders and work on elevated work sites such as scaffolds and towers with the ability to perform in a variety of different environments both indoor and outdoor as well as within confined spaces
- This is a temporary role for 6 months
