VitalAire Canada is the Canadian home healthcare subsidiary of Air Liquide, the world leader in gases, medical technologies and services for Industry and Healthcare. VitalAire empowers patients who have sleep apnea or require home oxygen therapy through ongoing respiratory support and compliance.
VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Quality and Funding Coordinator for our Mississauga branch. The Quality and Funding Coordinator will be responsible for regional administrative training, quality control of administrative processes, securing funding from various regional funding programs and insurance companies. Liaising with various levels throughout the organization regarding funding, quality and administration.
- Process vendor change requests for various provincial government programs.
- Conduct administrative training for new and existing branch staff on administrative responsibilities, funding requirements, paperwork completion, and branch administration SOPs.
- Review, investigate, and correct rejected invoices from various funding bodies, including all payers for resubmission to appropriate funding sources.
- Monitor care plans and service appointments to ensure that clinical assessments and technical visits are scheduled appropriately, as per regional funding requirements.
- Liaise with branch staff to capture missing data and ensure the client's electronic file is accurate and complete.
- Perform other duties as required

- College Certificate or Diploma
- 1 - 2 years of general office experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Proficient in Google (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong data entry skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience dealing with funding authorities and processing necessary funding requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as integrate with all levels of management.
